About the role and What you'll be doing:You'll work closely with our broader maintenance planning team - to help identify maintenance priorities. The work you do will be vital for major shuts, forecast planning and meeting production demands.
* 2:1 roster (7 days, 7 nights, 7 R&R)
* FIFO from Perth, Broome or Derby
* Reporting to & supported by Mobile Maintenance Supervisors
We'll be asking you to do routine mechanical maintenance / breakdown repairs on all large mining and ancillary equipment.
More specifically - servicing / responding to breakdowns on PC4000, EX1200, ZX490 & HD1500-8 dump trucks. You can expect to be in-pit and in the workshop.
To be considered for this role, we'll be asking you to bring…
* Relevant Australian Trade qualifications in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
* Experience working in a similar role, on a range of heavy duty mine equipment
* Familiarity with PC4000, EX1200, ZX490 & HD1500-8 dump trucks or similar.
* S26 accreditation, or willingness to obtain.
* Ability to adapt to changing priorities and requests.
* Current WA C Class driver's license.
It's not essential but would be advantageous if you have Operation of Integrated Tool handler and Manitou OR current High-Risk tickets with EWP.
