We are currently seeking charismatic professionals to embody our service values and elevate the guest experience to new heights. As one of the first faces of our Hotel entrance, the Doorperson is responsible for ensuring that each and every guest feels welcomed and valued.
Providing a seamless service upon arrival and departure, the Doorperson takes ownership of the driveway through the effective coordination of taxi, limousine, valet parking and luggage services.
**What you need**:
- An unrestricted Australian driver's licence
- An extensive knowledge of the city of Melbourne
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Previous leadership skills and confidence to guide a team
- Previous experience in a face-to-face customer service position, ideally in a hotel setting
- Ability to work under pressure and thrive in a fast paced customer service environment
- Ability to commit to a rotational roster including weekends
