We are hiring multiple Grounds Maintenance Operators to support this contract. These are permanent full‐time positions based in Keswick.

Responsibilities
* Prepare and clear land for construction, agriculture, or infrastructure projects.
* Operate plant and construction machinery safely and efficiently.
* Load, transport, and handle materials and equipment.
* Perform manual labour including digging, lifting, and trenching.
* Support tradespeople and crews with general site tasks.
* Conduct equipment checks and report faults or hazards.
* Identify utility lines and manage soil conditions.
* Set up and clean work areas to maintain site safety.
* Follow site plans, safety protocols, and environmental regulations.
* Participate in toolbox talks and contribute to a safe work culture.
Qualifications and Requirements
* Ability to safely operate mowers, blowers, compactors, and other landscaping equipment.
* Capable of lifting, digging, bending, and working outdoors in all weather conditions.
* Assist with fencing, paving, retaining walls, and irrigation systems.
* Familiarity with OH&S procedures and proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
* Ability to follow instructions, work collaboratively, and communicate effectively on‐site.
* Punctual, dependable, and able to complete tasks efficiently with minimal supervision.
* Relevant licences, white card, and first aid requirements are highly regarded.
* Must be an Australian citizen and able to obtain and maintain a Defence Security Clearance.
