Business Development Manager (DC EV Chargers)

The role:
We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to lead growth and market expansion for DC fast EV charging solutions across Australia. The role will focus on identifying new business opportunities and leveraging the current customer base to build strategic partnerships, secure commercial contracts across public, fleet, commercial, and infrastructure sectors. You will collaborate closely with internal teams, including PV modules, inverters, batteries, engineering, and project delivery, to deliver integrated, end‑to‑end EV charging solutions that support Australia's transition to sustainable transport.
Responsibilities:
* Engage with potential customers to understand their EV charging needs and offer tailored solutions.
* Develop a strong understanding of the company's EV charging products and services to confidently communicate features, benefits, and competitive advantages.
* Support the preparation of proposals, presentations, and quotes for potential clients.
* Lead Generation: Identify and research potential clients and opportunities in the EV charging market.
* Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.
* Assist in gathering information on competitors, industry trends, and customer feedback to help shape sales strategies.
* Work with other departments such as marketing, technical support, and various product teams to ensure smooth project delivery and customer satisfaction.
Skills & Experience:
* Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
* Experienced in providing DC charging solutions / infrastructure.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented, and able to work both independently and collaboratively.
