* Timely processing of orders
* Preparing and submitting quotes
* Responding to incoming calls and email enquiries
* Sourcing of stock and material
* Blding strong relationships with customers

Requirements:
* Experience in sales administration, customer service or internal sales is desirable
* Ability to understand customer needs and offer value-based solutions
* Excellent communication skills and ability to upsell
* Proactive approach, passion for delivering results and good time management skills
* Basic computer literacy
