What you will do as the User Experience (UX) Designer:
The ACCC is looking for flexible individuals capable of working under limited direction to perform a range of User Experience design duties. You will contribute to project and organisational success by working closely with end users, business stakeholders, technical and project teams to design, test and evaluate solutions which ensure that agency requirements are met with thoughtful design and a commitment to delivery.
As a UX Designer, You Will:
- Use evidence-based research to give meaningful insights into user needs and behaviours.
- Use a wide range of standard UX design methods and creatively adapt them to different contexts that effectively communicate design concepts and solutions.
- Design assets such as user flows, prototypes, wireframes and others as required for proof of concepts and usability testing.
- Conduct design workshops, presentations and user research to communicate design concepts and gather feedback from stakeholders and users.
About You
In order to succeed in the role, you will have:
- Proven experience in wireframing, prototyping and interactive design, with proficiency in design tools such as Figma or similar software.
- Demonstrated skills in user or customer journey mapping and business process analysis.
- Experience conducting and leading quantitative and qualitative user research and using data to measure the effectiveness of design change.
- Proven ability to deliver project and operational deliverables within deadlines while managing multiple priorities.
- Experience developing design systems is highly desirable.

Salary: $99,562 - $111,590 (plus 15.4% superannuation).
