As part of our continued growth and commitment to operational excellence, we are undertaking a significant systems transformation, including the implementation of a new ERP platform.
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Systems Implementation Coordinator – ERP Transition (Contract) to lead this critical transformation project, ensuring a seamless transition from our existing systems to a fully integrated ERP environment. This role is crucial for ensuring a smooth transition to our new ERP system, enhancing operational efficiency and supporting our strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage the full lifecycle of the ERP transition project from planning through to go‐live and post‐implementation support, in conjunction with our current Systems Coordinator.
* Maintain a detailed project plan, including key milestones, dependencies, and risk management strategies.
* Coordinate cross‐functional teams to ensure alignment, accountability, and timely delivery of project outcomes.
* Facilitate workshops and planning sessions to define business requirements and ensure system alignment with operational needs.
* Oversee data migration, system configuration, testing, and user acceptance processes.
* Identify, manage, and mitigate project risks, issues, and change impacts.
* Drive clear and consistent communication across all stakeholders, including regular project reporting to the Executive Team.
* Support change management initiatives, including user training, adoption strategies, and process standardisation.
* Ensure integration across key systems, including HRIS, finance, and operational platforms.
About You
You are a highly organised and outcomes‐driven Coordinator with a proven track record delivering complex systems or ERP implementations in fast‐paced environments. You bring a strong balance of strategic thinking and hands‐on delivery, with the ability to influence stakeholders and drive accountability across multiple business units.
Key Skills and Experience
* Demonstrated experience managing ERP or large‐scale systems implementation projects.
* Previous experience with NetSuite is highly desirable.
* Strong project management capability, including planning, scheduling, risk management, and reporting.
* Experience working across cross‐functional teams (Finance, HR, Operations, IT).
* Proven ability to manage competing priorities and deliver outcomes within tight timeframes.
* Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
* Experience in change management and business process improvement.
* Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality, accuracy, and continuous improvement.
* Relevant project management certification is highly desirable.
* Proficiency in project management software and ERP systems.
