**The Organisation**:
JK is working with a local fuel company whose home base is in Altona, Melbourne. They are growing their delivery capability into regional Australia and with a growing fleet of distribution vehicles our client is looking for an experienced administrator to support their Ballarat based team.
**This Role**:
In this role you will be responsible for front reception including answering incoming calls, responding to phone enquiries, scheduling jobs and general administration. You will provide exceptional customer service to all stakeholders supporting the team in a blue-collar environment.
The role is 5 days per week working approximately 5 hours a day with flexible schedule.
**Requirements of this role**:
- Strong IT skills, specifically with Microsoft Office, Word and Excel
- Organisational skills with the ability to multitask
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Ability to work independently with strong initiative
- Ability to provide timely and quality administrative support
