Harriot Melbourne, a new venue from the Conferre Group, is looking for a motivated and passionate pastry chef to join our kitchen team. The restaurant is a refined modern European dining destination and we are seeking an experienced chef to help us create something truly special.

Key Responsibilities
The successful applicant will work closely with the head chef and manage the pastry section independently. You will lead the pastry team, develop menus, and guide creative ideas that reflect seasonality. You will also support mentorship and growth opportunities offered across the Conferre Group.
Qualifications
* 3+ years of experience in a similar role
* 2+ years experience within Michelin, hatted, or premium restaurants
* Creativity and passion for the industry
* Initiative in generating ideas and creative alternatives according to seasonality
* Availability to work a variety of shifts
* Right to work in Australia
