The FTE is negotiable for a load of between 0.4FTE and 0.8FTE.
Previous experience in an education setting would be an advantage.
The capacity to make appropriate judgments to ensure student safety and welfare, whilst maintaining a sense of independence.
The ability to work unsupervised and maintain professionalism under pressure.
Foster a supportive environment for students by looking after their emotional, physical, cultural, relational and spiritual needs.
Knowledge of processes involved in literacy and numeracy skill development.
