About the Team

Our Technology team is the backbone of the business, building and maintaining the information technology infrastructure that supports Coles Group. As part of the Technology team, you get the opportunity to work through complex, challenging, meaningful problems using large data sets and new technologies to expand your skills and experience.

About The Role:

As a Project Coordinator, you will oversee the Warehousing, procurement, and demand planning of the technology infrastructure in the Store Infrastructure Delivery Portfolio.

This role ensures management of the supply chain, warehousing stock control, and project invoicing, meeting strategic goals, and maintaining project delivery governance while building and supporting high-performing teams.

Key Responsibilities Include:

* Portfolio Planning: Manage the production of detailed and integrated project plans
o Warehousing Inventory, Order Management, Hardware forecasting, Order fulfilment
o Warehouse and Invoice reporting
o Forecasting and analysis
o Demand planning, optimize Resource, Hardware, and schedules
o Vendor Management, Vendor Governance, and performance reporting
* Portfolio Scope Definition: Collaborate and lead the planning and execution of complex and wide-ranging information gathering, ensuring integration across programs and the wider organisation
* Portfolio Reporting: Collaborate and Lead the planning and delivery of warehouse, supply chain, and procurement reporting and review processes,
* Portfolio Risk and Issue Management: Anticipate risks, issues associated with the supply and demand of Technology hardware for store infrastructure delivery

About You and Your Skills:

* Experience planning, executing, and (ideally) leading projects and/or warehouse management, including managing planning, budgets, change, and interdependencies
* Domain experience in Supply Chain and demand planning
* Ability to effectively communicate with and influence business stakeholders at all levels of the organisation, managing expectations, and demonstrating a high level of integrity
