About the role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and supportive Associate Nurse Unit Manager (ANUM) to join our theatre team.

As an ANUM you will play a key leadership role in ensuring safe, high-quality and patient centered care.

You will work closely with the NUM and the multidisciplinary team to coordinate theatre activity, support staff development and contribute to continuous service improvement

Successful candidate will have:

- Current AHPRA registration as a registered Nurse
- Significant experience in perioperative nursing (scrub/scout & anaesthetics)
- Demonstrated leadership & mentoring skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- A commitment to patient safety and quality improvement
