About The Job
As the People Coordinator, you'll play a key role in supporting Orygen's people and culture. Working closely with the People Partnering team, leaders and employees, you'll help ensure smooth, compliant and people-focused HR operations across the organisation.
Reporting To The Chief People Officer, You Will
* Provide practical, operational HR advice and support to leaders and staff, ensuring compliance with legislation, EBAs, Awards and Orygen policies.
* Coordinate and deliver efficient HR and administrative support across the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding and employment changes.
* Manage people data and systems, maintaining accurate records, reporting and documentation to meet business and governance requirements.
* Act as a first point of contact for People-related enquiries through the People Assist inbox, supporting payroll processes, credentialing and fostering a positive, inclusive workplace culture.
* Provide support to the Talent Acquisition and Learning teams.
Skills and experience
The following criteria must be met for consideration for this position:
* A relevant tertiary qualification in human resources management or relevant experience.
* Strong HR coordination or administrative experience, with excellent organization, attention to detail and time management skills.
* Demonstrated problem-solving ability, initiative, and adaptability in a dynamic environment.
* Collaborative team player with strong communication skills, a customer service focus and a can-do attitude.
* Values-driven, empathetic, and open to feedback, learning and continuous development.
* Salary base of $75,000 p.a + 12% super + NFP salary packaging up to $15,900 + $2,600 meals card.
