Key Roles of a Hotel Receptionist

Hotel receptionists play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional customer service and administrative support to hotel management teams.

We are seeking a part-time receptionist to join our team on weekends, with potential for additional hours during the week.

* Maintain accurate records and ensure timely document distribution.
* Manage room reservations, confirmations, and guest allocations.
* Handle guest inquiries and complaints professionally.
* Perform other duties as requested by the General Manager.

Skill Requirements:

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong organizational and time management abilities.
* Able to work independently and as part of a team.
* Basic computer literacy and familiarity with software applications.
* High school diploma or equivalent required; prior experience in a similar role desirable.
