ABOUT THE ROLE:
We are seeking a Business Graduate to join The Little Big Dairy Co in an all-round role based at our Dubbo farm and factory office.
This role is designed to provide real, on-the-ground experience across all areas of the business, with quick succession to tangible responsibilities and accountability within the team. You will work closely with a young, experienced team with an entrepreneurial heart, learning how a growing company operates day-to-day and how new opportunities are identified and executed.
This is an entry-level position suited to a graduate looking for a 1–2 year graduate role, or a long-term career pathway with us, including a clear pathway to leadership.
WHAT YOU WILL BE EXPOSED TO
You will gain experience across the following teams:
* Marketing and sales
* Operations and manufacturing
* Distribution and logistics
* Finance and accounting exposure (accounts payable and receivable)
* Human resources and recruitment
* General business support and projects
This year we are launching new products, new distribution regions, and completing factory and equipment upgrades, giving you exposure to a business in active growth.
GRADUATE ROTATION
Successful applicants will complete a 12-week business rotation, covering all elements of the company, including hands-on factory floor exposure, to build a full understanding of how the business operates from start to finish.

* Bachelor degree in Business (or similar) — completed university degree
* No experience required
* Full Australian driver's licence and own car
* Some overnight travel required
