This is a technical support role that requires expertise in ICT systems. The appointed person will be responsible for administering, maintaining, and supporting these systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing technical support to ICT systems
- Administration, maintenance, and process support tasks (SFIA Level 5)
- Planning and implementation of maintenance and installation works (SFIA Level 4)
- Identifying operational issues and contributing to their resolution (SFIA Level 4)
- Troubleshooting and problem-solving (SFIA Level 3)
Requirements:
- Applicants must hold a current Working with Children Check clearance issued by Blue Card Services.
