As the Customer Applications Officer, you'll be at the heart of Mackay Regional Council's digital customer experience, supporting and optimising our key customer-facing platforms like Premier Contact Point, Customer Request System, Snap Send Solve and SpacetoCo.
In this pivotal role, you'll collaborate with a dynamic team to maintain, configure, and continuously improve these applications, ensuring they remain user-friendly, data-driven, and aligned with the needs of our customers. Essential Qualifications, Experience & Skills
* A relevant tertiary qualification in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field is highly regarded.
* Strong communication and customer service skills.
* Ability to manage multiple projects and work in a fast-paced environment.
* Experience with system and application processing or similar technical administrative roles is highly regarded.
* You are adaptable, eager to learn, and ready to contribute to a team that values innovation and service excellence
