If so, we want you to join our team as an Account Manager for our sign manufacturing team at Thomas Creative. As a leading signage manufacturing business, we are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused individual to manage our key client accounts and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
* Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by understanding their needs, providing expert advice, and ensuring exceptional customer service.
* Manage a portfolio of key client accounts, serving as the main point of contact and overseeing the entire sales process from inquiry to delivery.
* Collaborate with the team to ensure seamless execution of signage projects, meeting client expectations and deadlines.
* Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market demands, and competitor activities to provide valuable insights and contribute to business growth strategies.
Qualifications:
* Proven experience in sales, account management, or related roles within the signage or manufacturing industry.
* More than 3 years experience in the sign making industry
* Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to multitask, prioritise, and manage time effectively.
* Experience in Adobe Illustrator highly regarded
* Knowledge of signage manufacturing processes and materials.
