Job Description
We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Visual Content Creator. The ideal candidate will have advanced photography and videography skills, with the ability to produce high-quality visual content that strengthens our brand and communications.
This is a newly created role for a creative and technically skilled individual with a passion for visual storytelling. As a key member of the Marketing team, you will be responsible for producing engaging, brand-aligned visual content from concept through to final delivery.
The successful candidate will lead the development of high-quality photo, video, and multimedia content across a range of platforms, supporting internal communications, digital campaigns, product launches, and customer engagement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
* Capture, edit, and deliver high-quality video and photographic content
* Operate professional video, lighting, and audio equipment
* Edit content using industry-standard software, including Adobe Creative Cloud
* Develop motion graphics and visual assets that align with brand standards
* Collaborate with internal teams to plan and execute content projects
* Script, storyboard, and manage end-to-end production schedules
* Maintain brand consistency across all visual media
* Coordinate shoots onsite and offsite as required
* Organise and manage digital media assets and files
Requirements
* Advanced photography and videography skills
* Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Lightroom, Photoshop, Illustrator)
* Strong visual storytelling and multimedia production skills
* Experience with professional camera and audio equipment
* Ability to storyboard, script, and develop basic animations
* Excellent time management and organisational skills
* Clear communicator with a collaborative approach
* Creative, self-driven, and able to manage multiple projects
* Open to feedback and continuous learning
About You
You must be comfortable working onsite in Shepparton and be willing to travel occasionally for on-location shoots. You will also be required to work independently and as part of a team to meet deadlines and achieve project goals.
