Skills Centre Australia is experiencing strong growth, and we are seeking a motivated and passionate EN/RN to join our team on a full-time basis at our training centre in Kilburn, South Australia.
This is an exciting opportunity for a healthcare professional who enjoys supporting others and wants to transition into the training and education space, with full support provided.
About the Role
As a Clinical Trainer, you will deliver engaging and practical training sessions to personal and professional carers, supporting them to build knowledge, confidence, and industry-ready skills. Such as Diabetes Support, Dementia Care, PEG feeding, Stoma Care and much more.
This role will suit someone who is confident communicating with groups, enjoys mentoring others, and is passionate about disability and aged care education.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver high-quality training sessions in a classroom environment
* Support students with learning, skill development, and confidence building
* Maintain training standards and follow internal processes
* Assist with preparation and organisation of training sessions
* Work closely with the team to support the continued growth of the centre
About You
To be successful in this role, you will ideally have:
* Current experience as an EN or RN
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Confidence speaking to and leading groups
* A positive, professional attitude and strong work ethic
* A genuine passion for helping others learn and succeed
TAE40122 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment is desirable but not essential.
