Responsibilities

• Lead major digital, digital engineering and enterprise IT delivery initiatives
• Bring structure, governance and momentum to multi‐stream programs
• Provide executive‐level visibility, confidence and strategic clarity
• Translate operational and technology needs into actionable delivery plans
• Uplift capability across BA, PM, Change, Architecture and IT teams
• Build a high‐performance culture with internal teams and external partners

Who You Are

• 15+ years leading large‐scale IT delivery programs
• Depth across agile delivery, change, BA, PM and multi‐stream program leadership
• Experience operating at executive level with strong commercial & vendor management
• A talent for simplifying complexity and making fast, informed decisions
• A steady, principled leadership style grounded in integrity and accountability
• Relevant tertiary qualifications; architecture/solutions experience beneficial
