Valor Property Group is a leading insurance builder servicing major insurance companies across Perth. We are looking for an experienced Administrator - Accounts & Invoicing to join our growing team. This position plays a vital role in the smooth financial operations of our business and supports our broader accounts function.
About the Role
* Processing invoices, purchase orders and accounts documentation
* Managing job costings and financial records
* Liaising with suppliers, subcontractors and internal teams
* Maintaining accurate data entry and reporting
* Supporting the Accounts Manager with day-to-day financial administration
What We're Looking For
* Minimum 1–2 years experience in accounts, invoicing or administrative finance
* Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
* Solid computer literacy (Xero experience is a bonus)
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities
* A positive, reliable and proactive attitude
