Curriculum Leadership Position
This is a senior leadership role that reports to the Head of College in curriculum leadership and the College Principal in Service Learning and Religious Life.
About the Role
The successful candidate will lead the overall curriculum development, implementation, and evaluation across the school. They will apply contemporary learning and teaching research to classroom practice through whole-school professional development and targeted support for teacher improvement.
Key Responsibilities
* Developing and implementing curriculum frameworks
* Providing professional development and support to teachers
* Collaborating with senior leaders on curriculum initiatives
* Evaluating teacher performance and providing feedback
* Staying up-to-date with curriculum developments and best practices
* Supervising student learning and assessing progress
* Leading and managing school teams to achieve educational goals
About You
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced educator who can lead our curriculum development and implementation efforts. The ideal candidate will have:
* Experience in developing and implementing curriculum frameworks aligned with national, state, and local requirements
* A proven track record of driving assessment and moderation processes
* Leadership skills to innovate and improve curriculum areas
* Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
* Ability to manage budgets and resources effectively
