Senior Analyst, Governance Reporting & Analytics
Join our Transformation & Operations division as a Senior Analyst, Governance Reporting & Analytics. You\'ll play a pivotal role in supporting Line 1 Risk. You\'ll be responsible for managing governance for all Line 1 Divisional Risk Committees — setting agendas, forward planning, taking minutes, coordinating papers, tracking action items, maintaining decision registers and attendance records.
You\'ll also support the data analytics team to track and report on risk measures and metrics, ensuring Divisional Risk Committees are well-supported and informed. This is a highly collaborative role, working closely with Line 1 and Line 2 Operational and Divisional Risk teams, as well as engaging with BOQ Group Executives and General Management.
Your strong business acumen, communication skills and ability to manage conflicting priorities are essential. You\'ll help deliver key risk indicators, support the development of risk frameworks, and utilise tools like GRC and Power BI to drive risk reporting and analytics. This is an opportunity to make a real impact on risk governance and culture across the Group.
About You
You are a detail-oriented professional with working knowledge of operational risk management frameworks and governance practices. You know what good looks like in committee and board management reporting and have a keen eye for reviewing, challenging, and uplifting risk decisioning.
You bring strong written and verbal communication skills and ideally have experience with Power BI (or are eager to learn). Time management skills are excellent, allowing you to work independently and manage conflicting deadlines. Experience in financial services is a plus.
You\'re a collaborative team player who builds trusted relationships and can influence across all levels. You\'re passionate about driving positive risk culture and uphold the highest standards of compliance and conduct.
