Role Description
We are seeking a Key Account Manager for a full-time hybrid role, based in Gold Coast, QLD, with flexibility for occasional work from home. The Key Account Manager will build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include managing key accounts, conducting business planning to achieve targets, delivering tailored solutions based on customer needs, and analyzing data to identify growth opportunities. Qualifications
* Strong skills in Account Management and Key Accounts to build and maintain client relationships effectively
* Proficiency in Business Planning and Analytical Skills to identify growth opportunities and meet client goals
* Expertise in Customer Service to provide exceptional support and ensure client satisfaction
* Proven experience in the hospitality or foodservice industry is highly advantageous
