We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic leader to join our team as a Co Store Manager at Harbourtown DFO.
This is a dynamic position where you will be responsible for ensuring energetic, customer-focused operations while driving results and energizing your team.
As the Co Store Manager, you will support the Regional Manager by stepping into the Store Manager's role during peak trading times. Your leadership will be vital in keeping the store running smoothly and supporting the team when the Store Manager is off-site.
The ideal candidate will have experience in leading and coaching a team with a positive, can-do attitude, and a proven track record of achieving sales and KPIs while managing stock and wage budgets.

* Keep the store looking fabulous by actioning visual merchandising directives and rolling out exciting promotions
* Tackle stock management like a pro—Smiggle's got lots of tiny treasures, so managing stock and minimising loss is key to maximising sales
* Create a safe, happy and welcoming environment where customers and team members feel like they've just stepped into a Smiggle wonderland.
* Create rosters that keep the store running smoothly and ensure the team is always supported during those peak trading times
What You'll Bring:
