Job Title: Senior Account Manager Agronomy
We are seeking a driven and experienced Senior Account Manager Agronomy to join our team in Albury, NSW. As a key member of our agronomic advisory team, you will provide technical support and sales expertise to farmers and producers in the region.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop strong customer relationships with farmers and producers in the region.
* Provide agronomic and technical support to customers on fertiliser, seed and chemical products.
* Build and maintain long-term client relationships through regular visits and communication.
* Stay up-to-date with the latest plant production practices and participate in field days and farmer meetings.
Requirements:
* Strong technical knowledge in agronomic practices and application.
* Minimum 4-5 years experience building enduring and successful partnerships with customers.
* Excellent negotiation, influencing, and communication skills.
* Tertiary qualification in agricultural science or a related field.
