Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare, pour, level and finish concrete for a variety of projects including slabs, driveways, paths and structural elements.
* Operate and maintain concreting tools, equipment and machinery.
* Ensure all work is completed to a high standard and complies with safety regulations.
* Work collaboratively with the team to meet project deadlines.
Requirements:
* Proven experience as a concreter in residential, commercial and/or civil projects.
* Able to set up areas and install and tie reinforcement steel/mesh.
* Raking, floating, screeding and finishing.
* Operate trowel machines
* Reading and interpreting of construction plans and specifics - desirable but not necessary.
* Driver's license and own transport
* White Card
* ABN number
* Good physical fitness and stamina
