Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Regional/Relationship Manager, located in the Greater Adelaide Area. The Regional/Relationship Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of multiple OSHC sites, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and quality standards. This role involves developing and maintaining strong relationships with school staff, parents, and community members. The manager will handle staff recruitment, training, and supervision, as well as program planning, implementation, and evaluation. Additional duties include budgeting, resource allocation, and reporting.
Qualifications
* Strong leadership and management skills, including staff recruitment, training, and supervision
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with school staff, parents, and community members
* Experience in program planning, implementation, and evaluation within an educational or childcare setting
* Knowledge of regulatory compliance and quality standards relevant to OSHC programs
* Proficiency in budgeting, resource allocation, and reporting
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
* Bachelor's degree in Education, Early Childhood, or a related field is preferred
* Previous experience in a similar role within the childcare or education sector is a plus
