**Job Description**:
This vacancy has opened up due to an internal promotion and presents as a great career opportunity to join a small tight knit team with the opportunity to take on leadership, further develop relationships with Tasmanian customers and assist us in building services across the state. This role is ideal for an experienced or senior consultant looking to move into a leadership role, or a current leader looking to change location. It is a role that you can make your own and take the next steps in your career
**Key accountabilities include**:
- Manage your own caseload of clients, completing assessments and delivering case management services;
- Provide leadership/mentorship support to your team;
- Meet individual and team targets;
- Demonstrate commitment to providing exceptional services and outcomes for our clients;
- Network and develop relationships with key customers, using your technical expertise to help grow the team.
**Qualifications**:
**Essential Requirements**
- Experience in the Occupational Rehabilitation industry;
- Tertiary allied health qualifications in Occupational Therapy, Exercise Physiology, Physiotherapy, Social Work, Psychology or Rehabilitation Counselling
- Registration with AHRPA, ASORC, ESSA or AASW.
- Demonstrated skills in leadership and/or experience in a similar role;
- Able to grow our services and build strong relationships with key customers;
