Redcape Hospitality is looking for a hands‐on, people‐first Assistant/Duty Manager to join our Leadership Team. You'll lead both FOH and BOH operations, deliver seamless customer experiences, and develop a high‐performing, values‐aligned team.

Key Responsibilities
The purpose of this role is to work cohesively as a member of the Venue Leadership Team, who take carriage of general hotel operations, driving performance, executing strategic initiatives and improving/sustaining both Customer & Staff Experience. The key responsibilities for this role will include:
* Leading a variety of internal teams as we strive to offer outstanding customer experiences.
* Ensuring we maintain exceptional venue standards in relation to cleanliness and presentation.
* Creating and nurturing a positive work environment so that all team members can thrive.
* Fulfil a variety of rotating rostered shifts including opens, mids, closes, weekends and public holidays in conjunction with our Hotel's operating hours.

Qualifications
Required: RSA, RCG & ARCG (or willingness to obtain).
Although previous management experience is preferred, it is not a mandatory requirement for the right candidate.
