We are seeking a motivated and organised Experienced Admin / Junior Office Assistant to immediately join our team.
This full‑time role will provide crucial administrative support to our busy office, helping to ensure the smooth running of day‑to‑day operations.
About the role
What you’ll be doing
- General office administration and reception support
- Answering and directing phone calls and emails
- Filing, scanning, invoicing and maintaining all systems
- Assisting with all order entry and administrative tasks
- Ordering and managing office supplies
- Ad‑hoc support across the business as required
What we’re looking for
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and professional manner
- Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail
- Preferred (not mandatory) administrative experience in an office environment
- A keen eye for detail and the ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced workplace
- Ability to work as part of a team
- No prior experience required – just reliability and enthusiasm
