Fresh Foods 2IC – Produce, Butchery & Bakery Full-Time (37.5 hours per week)
Hours: Tuesday to Saturday, 6:00am – 2:00pm (37.5 hours per week)
Key Responsibilities
* Assisting the Fresh Foods Manager with the daily running of Produce, Butchery & Bakery
* Price management and ticketing
* Stocktaking and inventory control
* Ordering stock and maintaining appropriate stock levels
* Ensuring high standards of presentation, quality, and food safety
* Supporting and leading team members in the manager's absence
What We're Looking For
* Previous experience in a supermarket fresh foods environment (produce and/or butchery preferred)
* Strong organisational and time-management skills
* Ability to work early mornings and weekends
* A positive attitude and willingness to lead by example
* Good attention to detail and commitment to quality
