Job Opportunity:
The position of Business Development Manager involves identifying and pursuing business opportunities that align with corporate objectives.
This role requires managing sales pipelines, preparing and negotiating proposals, and serving as the primary contact for contract logistics sales enquiries.
* Key responsibilities include planning and delivering targeted sales activities, leading high-level negotiations, pricing, and contract finalisation to drive profitable deal closures.
* Manage customer interactions, maintain accurate records, and oversee onboarding to ensure excellent customer solutions and satisfaction.
* Develop a robust sales pipeline with short, medium, and long-term opportunities aligned to business strategy.
* Track and analyse key performance indicators, forecasts, and budgets to optimise revenue streams and support strategic sales planning.
* Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver optimal outcomes, inspire teams through conscientious leadership, and support positive conflict resolution.
Required qualifications include 5+ year's experience in Sales, Marketing, or Business Development, with proven success in business development and senior-level customer management. A degree is required, with additional business management training considered an advantage.
