About The Role
We are looking for a proactive and organised Learning & Development Administrator to enable the success of our L&D; function. You’ll take ownership of learning operations, ensuring seamless program delivery, accurate record-keeping, and responsive stakeholder support. You’ll actively engage with internal stakeholders, anticipate needs, and contribute to the continuous improvement of learning systems and processes. By fostering collaboration and maintaining high standards of service, you’ll help deliver measurable impact and support strategic workforce development goals.

What You’ll Do

- Manage the Learning & Development inbox, responding to employee enquiries and support requests.
- Coordinate learning programs and events, handling scheduling, logistics, communications, and materials.
- Provide LMS support, including user guidance and basic training.
- Maintain and update the L&D; SharePoint site, ensuring content is current and accessible.
- Deliver administrative and project support to senior L&D; leaders and the broader team.
- Support evaluation of learning effectiveness through feedback and reporting.

Your Experience

- Experience in a similar role within a corporate Learning & Development team
- Experience in Learning Management System (LMS) administration
- Knowledge of learning principles and frameworks
- Strong administration skills, including advanced Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Teams
- Highly developed communication skills
- Confident consulting, negotiating, and influencing with stakeholders
