Structural Design Professional
Key responsibilities of this role include:
* Designing structural elements for new and existing constructions, ensuring compliance with relevant building codes and regulations.
* Reviewing construction plans and specifications to guarantee their accuracy and adherence to industry standards.
* Liaising with clients, builders, and architects to effectively communicate project requirements and timelines.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years of experience as a Structural Engineer and a keen attention to detail, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field;
* Professional Engineer (PE) license or ability to obtain it within a specified timeframe;
* Proficiency in CAD software and familiarity with building information modeling (BIM);
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
