Your duties will include but not limited to:
- Lead, coach and manage the property management team
- Run team meetings, one-on-ones and accountability sessions
- Drive rent roll growth and landlord engagement
- Monitor retention and boost revenue streams
- Oversee KPIs, service delivery and client communication
- Maintain and improve processes and ensure compliance
- Resolve escalated issues and complex conflicts
- Collaborate on budgets and monitor financials
- Recruit, onboard and train new team members
- Host client events and manage stakeholder engagement
- Secure sponsorships and follow up on landlord feedback
About the Ideal Candidate:
We are seeking a natural born leader The successful candidate lucky enough to secure this position will have:
- Proven leadership experience in property management, with a strong record of team success
- In-depth knowledge of QLD tenancy laws and minimum housing standards
- Excellent communicator with strong negotiation and people skills
- Confident in budgeting, financial reporting and performance analysis
- Skilled in managing risk and resolving conflict with a solutions-first approach
- Holds a current QLD Real Estate Licence
- Has a valid driver's licence and a reliable vehicle
