Business Growth Opportunities
The Business Development Manager role involves identifying, developing, and executing strategic growth opportunities for our Property Management division.
Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct thorough market analysis to identify new business opportunities through phone canvassing, door knocking, and targeted marketing initiatives.
* Establish and maintain strong client relationships to grow the rent roll and drive revenue growth.
* Present property management services to prospective clients through market appraisals and proposals.
* Convert proposals into management agreements and coordinate documentation to ensure legal compliance.
* Provide expert advice and maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends and competitor activity.
* Maintain accurate CRM records and report on business development and client interactions.
* Network through industry events to generate referrals and collaborate with Sales teams to convert leads into new managements.
About You
* Previous experience in a similar business development role is essential.
* Relevant tertiary qualifications are desirable but not mandatory.
* Proven track record in developing and securing new business, including canvassing, prospecting, and marketing efforts.
* Experience in the local property market is necessary.
* Strong client relationship and communication skills are crucial.
* Excellent negotiation and presentation skills are required.
* Solid understanding of applicable Real Estate legislation is essential.
* Current Property Management and/or Real Estate Licence, Certificate of Registration are necessary.
* A valid driver's licence is also required.
