**About the role**
Looking for a rewarding role and to contribute to the wellbeing of your local community? Are you people-oriented? Join our team as a Phlebotomist Experience in specimen collection, medical terminology or data entry is preferred, but not essential as on the job training will be provided.
- Contribute to effective and efficient laboratory services by undertaking roles which may include venepuncture and specimen collection, courier runs, sorting and accessioning specimens according to set protocols, providing accurate data entry, assisting with preparatory duties, storage and transport of specimens.
- The Operational Services Officer is required to manage internal and external customer enquiries effectively and professionally.
**About You**
You are a reliable and detail-oriented professional with experience in pathology laboratory operations and a strong commitment to service excellence. You thrive in fast-paced environments, bring strong problem-solving skills, and contribute positively to team outcomes.
- Proven ability to work independently and under pressure, while maintaining high accuracy, attention to detail, and meeting strict deadlines.
- Demonstrated experience in pathology laboratory settings, including the use of information systems and handling customer enquiries.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a commitment to providing high-quality customer service and effective collaboration with staff and clients.
- Sound knowledge of pathology operations and proficient in the use of computers, databases, and associated laboratory software.
