As our Kalgoorlie workshop continues to grow, we are seeking a motivated Pump Assembler to join our mechanical team — someone who is hands-on, eager to learn, and keen to develop their skills within a supportive environment.

About the Role
As a Pump Assembler, you will play a key role in building, testing, and preparing diesel and industrial pump systems for deployment across mining and industrial sites.
This role suits someone who enjoys practical workshop work, takes pride in quality outcomes, and wants to grow their mechanical capability within a structured environment.
What You'll Be Doing
You'll be part of the team responsible for building and preparing pump systems used across mining and industrial sites. Day-to-day, you'll:
* Assemble pump units and components following clear instructions
* Test pumps to make sure they're ready for site
* Help mechanics with preparation and workshop tasks
* Keep builds organised, accurate, and ready for dispatch
* Deliver equipment locally when required
* Maintain a clean, safe, and well-run workspace
No two days are exactly the same — but you'll always be working on practical tasks that contribute to real outcomes.

What You'll Need
* Driver's licence (C Class minimum)
* Forklift licence (or willingness to obtain)
* Experience using hand and power tools
* Mechanical or workshop exposure
Bonus points for: pump experience, MR licence, or mobile plant tickets.
