Job Overview
We are seeking a Field Service Technician to join our team in Bunbury, WA on a permanent, full-time basis.
This role reports directly to the Team Leader and is responsible for maintaining our assets on customer sites.
You will work across a diverse product range including access equipment, compaction, materials handling, power generation, lighting, excavation, earthmoving, pumps, and more, with responsibilities that include:
* Maintaining mechanical inspection, servicing, and repairs across our product range in the field (and in the workshop as required)
* Logging jobs and completing paperwork daily
* Monitoring and recording parts usage
* Building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers
Requirements
Skills and qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will possess:
* A current driver's license
* Sound diagnostic, fault finding, and problem-solving skills
* Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service
* The ability to work unsupervised in the field
* The ability to participate in an on-call roster
