Senior Project Manager Role
At a leading construction company, we pride ourselves on partnering with exceptional builders nationwide. A trusted client is seeking a Senior Project Manager to oversee the delivery of a multi-stage, multi-year apartment and mixed-use commercial project.
This role will be based in the heart of the Gold Coast, where you will lead a team from inception to completion. Key responsibilities include:
* Leading high-rise new build projects from conception through to handover.
* Coordinating with architects, engineers, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met.
* Developing and managing project schedules, resource allocation, and budget control.
* Monitoring project progress and performance, implementing corrective actions as needed.
* Ensuring compliance with relevant building codes, regulations, and standards.
* Fostering a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement on site.
* Maintaining a productive team environment.
* Providing regular reports and updates to senior management and clients.
Qualifications and Experience:
* Proven experience as a Project Manager in high-rise new build projects over $100M.
* Strong understanding of construction processes, methodologies, and best practices.
* Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively under pressure.
* Relevant tertiary qualifications in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
