NQ Civil & Haulage Pty Ltd Specialise in civil construction, roadworks, earthmoving, and bulk haulage. We are seeking a dynamic Supervisor / Site Foreman to join our growing team, working remotely across various project sites statewide.
Role Overview
As a Site Foreman, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of DRFA restoration projects. You will lead crews and subcontractors, ensuring all works are completed safely, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards using modern digital tools.
Key Responsibilities
* Site Management: Supervise and coordinate daily site activities.
* Digital Reporting: Use digital Software to keep daily records.
* Reporting: Maintain constant communication and provide detailed progress reports back to Project Managers.
* Safety Leadership: Conduct site inductions, toolboxes, and pre-start meetings, ensuring 100% compliance with WH&S and environmental policies.
* Resource Allocation: Manage plant, materials, and labor efficiently to meet rigorous project deadlines.
* Remote Travel: Be willing to work remotely across Queensland; we provide 4WD vehicle, accommodation, and meals for remote assignments.
Requirements
* Experience: Minimum of 3+ years of experience in a supervisory role within civil construction.
* Tech Literacy: Proficiency in digital civil management platforms ( or ability to learn quickly/Tech savvy)
* Qualifications: Minimum Certificate III/IV in Civil Construction Supervision (preferred) and a current White Card.
* Skills: Strong leadership, excellent communication.
* Compliance: Ability to pass site-specific inductions, medicals, and drug/alcohol testing.
