The Opportunity
At HenderCare we are passionate about providing exceptional care services to support our service recipients to maintain their independence and improve their well-being. As the demand for HenderCare services has increased in the community, we are currently seeking dedicated support workers to join our team to provide 1-on-1 support to a service recipient in their home in Murray Bridge SA.
In this casual role you will work morning shifts initially 3 to four days a week to ensure our clients is provided with support.

About The Role
We are looking for someone with a caring nature and attributes such as encouragement, attentiveness, adaptability, excellent communication, and strong time management skills. Approaching people empathetically, you will be someone who is understanding and patient towards the needs of others, and passionate about making a difference in people's lives.
Previous experience in providing personal care and working with complex behaviours is essential to be successful in this role.
You Must Also Hold:
Previous experience working with clients with complex behaviours and care needs
Certificate 3 or 4 in Individual Support, Disability or equivalent
Current Provide First Aid Certificate HLTAID012 (previously HLTAID0011)
Current Provide CPR Certificate HLTAID009 (previously HLTAID001)
Current Manual Handling Certificate
Current National Police Check
Current Working with Children Check
Current NDIS Workers Check
Full Drivers License and access to your own car
About You
Previous experience in providing personal care and domestic services to people with a disability is essential to be successful in this role.
You Must Also Hold:
