We are seeking either an experienced Project Manager or a skilled Project Administrator to support and deliver a $25M commercial project in Bunbury: a dual-site petrol station development commencing February **** and running for approximately 8–10 months.
For the right person, this contract opportunity may transition into a long-term role as a Bunbury-based Project Manager or Project Administrator within our WA team.
Both roles are office-based in Bunbury (not remote work).

Key Responsibilities
Project Manager
Oversee all aspects of project delivery from planning through to completion.
Manage budgets, schedules and contracts to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.
Liaise with clients, consultants, suppliers and contractors to coordinate works.
Prepare and review tender submissions, progress claims and project documentation.
Lead project teams, monitor site performance, and uphold safety, quality and compliance standards.
Project Administrator
Provide administrative and coordination support to the project team.
Prepare and manage project documentation, purchase orders and correspondence.
Liaise with consultants, councils and suppliers to support project approvals and compliance.
Maintain office operations, records and reporting systems.
Assist with client communications, RFIs, and general administration to ensure smooth project delivery.

Background in commercial construction project management, or administration.

Understanding of construction processes, budgets and documentation.
