Are you a driven leader with a passion for sales and customer success? Haynes is seeking a Sales Represenetive to take charge of driving growth across our equipment sales, hire, and service divisions.
Whats on Offer?
* Location: Slade Point, QLD
* Roster: Monday - Friday
* Hours: 7:00am - 4:00pm
* PayRate: $40.00 - $50.00 + Commision + Vehicle
* Type: Casual
* ASAP start!
Key Responsibilities:
* Drive sales growth across multiple business streams
* Lead and support a small, high-performing sales and service team
* Build and maintain strong client and supplier relationships
* Develop and implement sales strategies and marketing initiatives
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities across all sectors
* Manage reporting, forecasting, and performance targets
To be successful, you will have:
* Current driver's licence
* High Risk Forklift Truck Licence (preferred)
* Proven background in vehicles, equipment (material handling preferred), machinery, or trailer sales
* Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
* Commercial acumen with a track record of achieving targets
* Understanding of sales, hire, and after-sales service processes
