Our dedicated team works together to create high-quality textbooks and online materials that support students studying a range of international curricula.
About You
We're looking for someone who enjoys helping people and keeping things running smoothly to join our customer support team. This is a full-time, 12-month contract, with an immediate start available.
You'll need to:
* Excellent written and spoken English (a clear speaking voice is essential)
* Confidence using Word, Excel, and Outlook
* The ability to work independently but comfortably as part of a team
* A willingness to learn and embrace new systems or tasks
* Common sense and solid problem-solving ability
* A good eye for detail and accuracy
* The ability to stay calm and work efficiently when things get busy
What You'll Do
Your day-to-day work will include:
* Responding to customer enquiries via email, phone and in-person
* Preparing customer quotes and invoices using our stock management system
* Uploading orders to warehouses and completing shipping paperwork for local and international deliveries
* Providing basic IT support for customers
* Assisting with general office tasks, as needed
* You'll have the opportunity to demonstrate your skills during the interview process
