Job Description
We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our distributed web team in delivering best practice web services and support for the Department. As the Principal Advisor Online Communications, you will be responsible for leading the stages of development and implementation for the Department's Online plan (Digital strategy), providing project management for the delivery of significant and complex online communication campaigns, and ensuring maximum usability of websites by providing specialised advice and a framework for consistent user experience and web usability testing.
* Demonstrated ability to develop, manage and implement online communication strategies, policies and procedures within a complex organisation.
* Demonstrated ability to monitor and assess online user environments and provide recommendations and innovative solutions to improve user experience and support business process and information delivery.
