About The Role
Donutjam is seeking an experienced Cafe Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our new Desert cafes. As Cafe Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the cafe, managing a talented team of baristas and staff, and delivering an exceptional customer experience. This is a full-time position.
What You'll Be Doing
* Manage all aspects of cafe operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and financial reporting
* Lead and motivate a team of baristas and staff, providing training and development opportunities
* Ensure consistently high standards of customer service, food and beverage quality, and presentation
* Implement effective systems and procedures to optimise cafe efficiency and productivity
* Monitor and analyse cafe performance, making data-driven decisions to drive continuous improvement
* Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that aligns with the company's values and culture
What We're Looking For
* Minimum 2 years' experience in a café or restaurant management role, preferably within the hospitality industry
* Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team
* Excellent customer service orientation and the ability to foster a positive customer experience
* Thorough understanding of food and beverage operations
* Demonstrated problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically to drive business growth
* Passion for the hospitality industry and a commitment to delivering exceptional service
