The Role
We are seeking a motivated Enrolled Nurse to join our growing Urgent Care Service. In this role, you will deliver high-quality, safe, and efficient care to patients presenting with urgent but non-life-threatening conditions.
Working collaboratively with Registered Nurses and the broader clinical team, you will play a key role in ensuring patients receive timely, appropriate, and patient-centred care. This is an excellent opportunity to further develop your clinical skills in a fast-paced and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities
* Deliver safe, efficient, and patient-centred nursing care
* Support a smooth and well-organised clinical environment
* Balance clinical duties (approx. 60%) with administrative tasks (approx. 40%)
* Manage Medicare billing, coding, and accurate documentation
* Assist with patient flow, including applying inclusion/exclusion criteria
* Conduct patient assessments and administer medications within scope
* Perform wound care, plastering, and patient education
* Collaborate closely with Registered Nurses and the wider team
* Maintain accurate and timely clinical records
* Promote and adhere to workplace health and safety standards
About You
* Current AHPRA registration as an Enrolled Nurse
* Flexibility to work evenings and weekends
* Meets one of the following:
o 3+ years in primary care/general practice, or
o 2+ years in emergency or acute care, or
o 3+ years in medical/surgical, orthopaedics, or similar
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced clinical environment
* A patient-focused, team-oriented approach
